COVID19 Safety Guidelines

- If you have a fever or are feeling ill please do not come in. Please reach out to us to reschedule.

- ALL clients must wear a mask for the full duration of your appt. We have disposable masks for $3 if you need one.

- Do not bring anyone including children to your appointment

- Only 1 client allowed in the studio at a time. Please wait in your car if you are early to your appt.

- As always we are following strict sanitizing standards to protect all clients. We sanitize before, during, and after each service for each client.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Please notify us of any changes to your appointment time. We will try our best to reschedule you with a minimum 72 hour advanced notice. You are allowed 1 reschedule after which you will need to pay the deposit again. Rescheduling the same appointment more than once will incur a $40 fee. Alaska Clients: ALL deposits are non refundable. No refunds will be given for cancellations. To reschedule you will need to pay another deposit.

You are under 18
You have diabetes
You are pregnant or breastfeeding
You have glaucoma or taking blood thinning medicines (e.g., aspirin, warfarin)
You have skin diseases such as psoriasis or eczema
You have transmittable blood conditions like HIV or Hepatitis
You have a haemophilia
You have healing disorders or uncontrolled high blood pressure
You are on any skin medication such as Accutane or steroids
You have active skin cancer
You undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy (consult your doctor)
You have epilepsy
You have a pacemaker or major heart problems
You had Botox in the past one month

Before The Procedure...

Do not tan or have a sunburned face
Do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E or Ibuprofen 24 hours before
Do not drink alcohol or caffeine on the day of the procedure
No waxing or tinting 3 days before the procedure
No IPL laser hair removal should be performed during the 2 weeks prior to your procedure

Terms & Conditions

ALL deposits are NON-Refundable and NON-transferable. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you recognize that no refund will be given for a deposit. The deposit fee will be deducted from your total at the time of you appointment.

Rescheduling: Please let us know at least 72 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule. You are allowed one reschedule of the same appointment. Rescheduling more than once will incur a $25 fee or a new deposit, whichever is greater.

Late policy:
-Please be courteous and keep other clients in mind when running late.
- If you are over 15 min late your appointment will be cancelled. You may reschedule your appointment at our discretion.

MICROBLADING APPOINTMENTS:
- do not take aspirin or ibuprofen within 24 hours of appt
- consult your doctor if you are currently taking medications, especially blood thinners.
- please do not wear makeup near the brow area for your appt
- the State of Texas prohibits the consumption of alcohol before or during any permanent makeup procedure.
- Do not take or apply products with retinol or Retin-A within 48 hours of your appointment
- Notify your artist if you have had recent Botox, sunburn, or past keloids

Tips are always welcome! 15-20% is customary.

COVID 19 Policy:

- We follow all National, State, and Local Covid Mandates and Ordinances

- Cleaning and Disinfecting guidelines are followed per Texas DHHS protocols

- Do not come to an appointment if you have:
- been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID19.
- Tested positive or think you may have COVID19
- You or anyone in your household is exhibiting symptoms of COVID19 including fever, nausea, cough, sore throat, headache/body ache, etc.

- do not bring guests including children to your appt

- please wear a disposable or cloth mask that covers nose and mouth, to your appt.

- you will be required to sanitize hands and fill out a COVID19 questionnaire upon arrival.

Rescheduling:
- 1 reschedule allowed with 72 hour notice
- More than 1 reschedule will incur a $40 fee added to your appointment total
